Warranty - 3 months (90 days)
Our Warranty is “like for like” replacement if it is deemed a manufacturing or product fault that occurs within 3 months from the date of purchase. The warranty allows for the replacement by the manufacturer of the individual items comprising of the “belts” and or the “device” a “D-clip” depending on the circumstance.
If you break it within 3 months and it was use (or mis-use) deemed so by the manufacturer then we’ll give you a 25% discount on a new replacement or we’ll fix it if we can — we’ll work with you to see you keep training tracking.
Send us an email with details and photos of your safe-D tracker, include a copy of your original receipt or order number, describe the issue in a few words and we will work something out.
Please be aware that while our Warranty policy covers the return shipping of full-priced items within Australia; deemed to me a manufacturing fault we’re not able to offer free return shipping for orders outside of Australia, or for orders were the product is damaged by mis-use, and deemed to be not covered as a manufacturing or product failure, nor taxes incurred for the shipping of replacements.
All Warranty claims must be made within 90 days of your receipt date.
